Cleaning:
The wood is wiped with a soft cloth, dry or wrung out hard in soapy water. For more thorough cleaning, suitable wood cleaner or a mild soap solution is used. Excess water and soap residues are removed immediately with a dry cloth so that the wood is not wet for a long time.

Maintenance:
Wood is a natural material that is constantly changing, which is why the fibers can rise over time and feel a little rough. The surface can then be lightly sanded with fine sandpaper grain 220 along the grain. Sanding with sandpaper is also used if marks have occurred that are difficult to remove with cleaning.

The furniture is maintained with noble wood oil for oak or a vegetable oil. Be aware that the wood may change color when the oil is applied.

Oil protects and cares for the wood. Cleaning, sanding and other treatments must always be carried out in the direction of the grain of the wood.
